1. A citizen of the following Eastern European countries can participate in the Contest: Albania, Armenia, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, FYRO Macedonia, Georgia, Greece, Hungary, Israel, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey, Ukraine.
2. The Contest is held online. We accept entries via the Internet. Voting by members of jury and Internet users will also be held via the Internet on our website. Awarding ceremony for winners of the Contest will take place November 17 during Days of high aquaristic in Moscow. We will pay for accomodation of contest winners. If a winner can not come to Awarding ceremony, he will get congratulations online and prizes in any other way.
3. To enter the Contest you should fill in all fields of the application form and send it to the Organizing Committee before September 30, 2013. On the E-mail specified in the application form a participant will get confirmation within three days. If not, send your request on
4. From each participant we accept only one work, set up by the participant.
5. We accept pictures made preferably for this Contest by digital camera with a resolution of at least 5 megapixels as JPEG. The size of the file shuld be not more than 2 megabytes. Blurry, fuzzy pictures, and photos edited in graphic editors will not be accepted.
6. The contest photo must be in its original form, front view. Editing image in graphic editors is not allowed. Only the size of the image can be altered to be not more tan 2 megabytes. Please mind horizontal and vertical lines when photographing. Cropping photos will be made by the Organizing Committee before being posted on the website.
7. Asking Internet users and members of the jury to vote for a certain aquarium is not allowed. The results will be carefully analyzed. The results of the jury and Internet users voting are open and will be published after the Contest.
8. From October 1 to October 15 members of the jury and Internet users will vote. All photos will be numbered and shown without naming authors. The maximum score members of the jury can give is 100 points. The maximum score Internet users can give is 100 points. The final score will be determined summing up score given by the jury and by Internet users. Also from October 1 to October 15 online voting for the People's Choice Award will be held, anyone can take part.
